Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior technologist to lead the development of scalable software and data platforms driving digital transformation across supply chain and enterprise operations. You will architect and manage data infrastructure, build pipelines, microservices, and APIs, while applying modern data engineering practices in cloud environments such as Databricks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, data engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software or data platform projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise software applications and data platforms.
• Architect and manage scalable data infrastructure (data warehouses, data lakes, modern data platforms).
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data integration frameworks.
• Design and implement backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Drive modern data engineering practices using cloud technologies (Databricks).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software and data solutions.
• Lead system integration projects involving ERP, WMS, CRM, and other platforms.
• Establish best practices for software engineering, data architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and governance.
• Mentor engineers and monitor performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Support technology roadmap planning and innovative solutions with measurable business value.
