Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead freight technology products across freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics operations. You will bridge business, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, customer experience, and decision-making.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience in product management, IT, or digital transformation, with strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and enterprise

Responsibilities

• Define technology architecture, product roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage freight platforms including TMS, freight systems, billing, Track & Trace, customer portals, customs integrations, APIs, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Manage integrations with SAP, third-party logistics platforms, and vendors.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and system performance.
• Prioritize product enhancements, manage backlogs, and coordinate cross-functional teams using Jira/Confluence.
• Lead system implementations, migrations, go-live support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage technology vendors and support RFI/RFP activities.

Job Summary

Responsible for leading freight technology products and digital transformation initiatives across freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics operations. Acts as the bridge between business, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, customer experience, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technology architecture, product roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage freight platforms including TMS, freight systems, billing, Track & Trace, customer portals, customs integrations, APIs, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Manage integrations with SAP, third-party logistics platforms, and vendors.
• Define and monitor technical and business KPIs, SLAs, and system performance.
• Prioritize product enhancements, manage backlogs, and coordinate cross-functional teams using Jira/Confluence.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in product management, IT, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply-chain technology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with Power BI, AI, automation, SAP, or TMS is an advantage.
• Experience with stakeholder management and leading cross-functional team.
• Certification: PMP, CSPO, or CSCP certification is an advantage.
