Ripple in Singapore is seeking a Product Operations Analyst focused on Customer Activations to drive seamless onboarding and activation across our product suite.

You will work cross-functionally with global teams to guide institutional clients through setup, troubleshoot blockers, and maintain data accuracy. The role emphasizes proactive communication, detailed documentation, and scalable processes within a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of proven experience in client onboarding/activation, payments operations, or customer operations within fintech/payments/digital assets.
• Self-starter mentality with outstanding coordination skills for multi-team, multi-step processes.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities to trace money and data across systems.
• High attention to detail, documentation in the field, and comfort in a compliance-sensitive environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with institutional clients and internal collaborators.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and ticketing (Jira) tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end activations across Ripple products with cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Identify blockers and collaborate with Treasury, Compliance, Product Ops, CPS, CPE, and Engineering to resolve.
• Guide institutional customers through setup steps with clear communications.
• Investigate edge cases and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Report weekly activation status with verified information.
• Manage dormant accounts and ensure human review before deactivation.
• Scale activation processes to new products and drive systemic improvements.
