Job summary

Ripple in Singapore is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support growth and scaling of diverse product offerings. You will work with Markets, Risk, Treasury, and Legal to provide seamless 24x7 operations, handling reconciliation, trade support, and settlement while shaping processes and system configurations.

You will grow into process automation and cross-product expertise with structured onboarding and ongoing coaching in crypto operations, risk management, and process design.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in operations, clearing, and settlement including reconciliation.
• Ability to monitor venues and systems in real-time to resolve exceptions.
• Curiosity to identify manual processes that can be automated or streamlined.
• Strong understanding of accounting basics (debits/credits, balance sheet).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds.
• Reconcile positions and balances for various business operations.
• Monitor intraday trading and settlement activity with Markets team.
• Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries.
