Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Product Operations Analyst in Singapore to support the growth of its diverse product offerings. You will collaborate with Markets, Risk, Treasury, and Legal to enable 24x7 operations and manage settlement, reconciliation, and process improvements.

You will build expertise in crypto operations, risk management, and process design while participating in a global follow-the-sun model and contributing to ongoing automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in operations, clearing, and settlement, including reconciliation.
• Familiarity with crypto, fiat settlements and risk-aware processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global team with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds.
• Reconcile positions and balances across business operations, including stablecoin usage.
• Monitor intraday settlement activity with the Ripple Trading and Markets team.
• Understand accounting concepts and respond quickly to market activity and exceptions.
• Record transactions in systems and document operational processes for governance.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated or streamlined for efficiency.
