Job summary

Ripple in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Product Operations Analyst to support growth and scaling of product offerings. You will work with Markets, Risk, Treasury and Legal to provide seamless 24x7 operations.

Key responsibilities include reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, funding and settlement, and developing processes and system configurations aligned with risk policies. You will grow through onboarding, automation, and cross-product expertise in crypto operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, clearing, and settlement, including reconciliation.
• Ability to monitor systems in real time to resolve exceptions.
• Understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, balance sheet).
• Willingness to work weekend/holiday shifts in a follow-the-sun model.
• Curiosity to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams, as well as external customers, to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds.
• Reconcile positions and balances for various business operations, including company-issued stablecoin.
• Monitor intraday trading and settlement activity in close partnership with the Ripple Trading and Markets team.
• Understand risks and requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, to ensure quick responses to market activity and exceptions.
• Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries reflecting product and operational activities within Ripple's systems of record.
• Become an expert in finance operational flows by working with key collaborators to detail existing processes.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated or streamlined, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

THE WORK:

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Product Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an exceptionally innovative company that is transforming how value moves across borders for financial institutions worldwide. You will play a key role in supporting the growth and scaling of Ripple's diverse product offerings. You will work closely with important internal teams such as Markets, Risk, Treasury, and Legal to provide seamless support for Ripple's 24x7 operations.Your responsibilities will include managing all operational support activities, including reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, and funding and settlement. You will also contribute significantly to developing and managing processes, system configurations, and settlement instructions, ensuring full alignment with our risk management framework, policies, and procedures.

YOUR GROWTH PATH:

You'll begin with reconciliation and settlement support, then expand into process automation, system configuration, and cross-product expertise as you demonstrate impact. You'll receive structured onboarding and ongoing coaching to build deep expertise in crypto operations, risk management, and process design.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Willingness to work a weekend/holiday shift pattern as required. Our team operates during agreed business hours in shifts aligned to your region across a global follow-the-sun model.
• Relevant hands-on experience in operations, clearing, and settlement, including reconciliation.
• Proven experience in monitoring venues and systems in real-time to uncover and resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues.
• Understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, balance sheet reconciliation) is strongly preferred.
• Curiosity and initiative to identify manual processes that can be automated or streamlined.
• High attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and remain organized in a dynamic environment.
• Dedicated with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Experience with implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions.
• Broad understanding of markets and instruments (cleared, OTC, crypto, derivatives).
• Experience with SQL and crafting queries for daily operations is a plus.
