Job summary

• Experience in risk product operations and data-focused roles.
• Strong communication skills with English and Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take part in requirements analysis and solution discussions for risk products and write PRDs and prototypes.
• Prepare test cases and participate in UAT to ensure features meet expectations.
• Define data requirements for risk control systems and coordinate integration with business lines.
• Follow up on risk events and system alerts, route to relevant teams and track resolution.
• Investigate data anomalies with engineering to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution.
• Support post-launch operations: create operating guides, collect feedback, and translate into enhancement requirements.
