Job summary

BIT, formerly Matrixport, is hiring for a Risk Product Operations role in Singapore. You will participate in requirements analysis, write PRDs, and help shape risk control systems across business lines.

The role includes data-driven analysis, UAT involvement, and post-launch support to improve customer-facing risk features. Ideal candidates hold a quantitative degree and 2–5 years in risk product operations, with strong English and Mandarin and experience in crypto or fintech environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in risk-related discipline.
• 2–5 years of full-time experience in risk product operations.
• Ability to write PRDs and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with risk, operations or data roles in crypto/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Partake in requirements analysis and write PRDs and prototypes.
• Prepare test cases and participate in UAT to ensure features meet expectations.
• Define data requirements and integrate with multiple business lines.
• Monitor risk rule events and route issues to resolution.
• Investigate data anomalies with engineering and drive fixes.
• Support post-launch operations with guides and customer feedback analysis.
