NCS is seeking a Product Operations Specialist for TechBuddy to establish and run operating practices ensuring reliable delivery. Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of professional experience in product operations, digital product delivery, service operations, business analysis, project management or a related role in a technology environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of launches, operational processes or ongoing support for a digital product or service.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear recommendations; proficient with spreadsheets and dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Own Product Launch and Change Readiness: manage pilots, feature launches and phased roll-outs with readiness criteria and training.
• Coordinate dependencies across product, engineering, UX, school operations, service desk, administrators and vendors.
• Plan user onboarding and change activities to minimize disruption for educators.
• Run post-launch reviews and update playbooks and procedures accordingly.
• Design and maintain support models, escalation paths, and runbooks for self-service and assisted-support.
