Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to enable TechBuddy and MOE-focused initiatives. You will connect product teams with schools, service desks, vendors and MOE stakeholders, ensuring launches are ready and feedback drives insight.

You will own operational outcomes across the product lifecycle, build scalable playbooks, and provide structured information for product teams to make better decisions. This role emphasizes governance, automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product operations, digital product delivery or related tech role.
• Ownership of launches, operational processes or ongoing support.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with agile delivery and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• ITIL knowledge is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to design SOPs, playbooks, metrics and cadences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own operational readiness for pilots, launches and phased rollouts.
• Coordinate dependencies across product, eng, UX, ops and vendors.
• Plan onboarding and change activities for educators.
• Run post-launch reviews and update playbooks and controls.
• Design and maintain support models, runbooks and escalation paths.
• Monitor health, SLAs, incidents and drive problem management.
• Maintain docs and knowledge content for consistent guidance.
• Define dashboards for adoption, completion and satisfaction.
• Synthesize insights and partner with PM/UX to drive improvements.
• Create scalable governance cadences and templates.
