Job summary

NCS is seeking a Product Operations Specialist for TechBuddy in Singapore to drive launch readiness and operational excellence. You will bridge the product team with schools, service desks, admins, vendors and MOE stakeholders to ensure pilots launch smoothly and feedback informs improvements.

With 3–5 years in product operations or related roles, you will own playbooks, dashboards and governance across the lifecycle, enabling faster decisions and reliable service delivery in a complex education

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in product operations, digital product delivery, service operations, business analysis, project management or a related role in a technology environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Experience with agile product delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent.
Experience designing SOPs, playbooks, metrics and governance cadences.

Responsibilities

Own operational readiness for pilots, feature launches and phased school roll‑outs.
Coordinate dependencies and decision points across product, engineering, UX, school operations, service desk, local admins and vendors.
Plan user onboarding and change activities for educators with minimal disruption.
Run post‑launch reviews and translate lessons into improved playbooks and controls.
Maintain and improve product collaboration tools, dashboards and runbooks.
Monitor operational health, service levels and incident response with accountable teams.
