Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Product & Merchandising Executive to translate market trends into commercially successful products. You will connect market research, supplier coordination and creative design to refine offerings and bring engaging products to market.

In this role, you will support concept development, supplier negotiations, retail presentation and launching campaigns, driving the product strategy forward in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in product coordination, brand operations, marketing or related role.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Communications, Design or equivalent.
• Strong eye for visual styling, display composition and packaging presentation.
• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with overseas manufacturing partners and suppliers in China.
• Active user of major social platforms (e.g. RED/Little Red Book/小红书) with pulse on trends.

Responsibilities

• Supplier & sourcing management: research, engage and manage external suppliers; negotiate terms, pricing and lead times.
• Market intelligence & trend analysis: track industry trends, monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.
• Creative & presentation collaboration: work with creative team on product packaging, visual merchandising and promotional displays.
• Pricing & performance tracking: develop competitive pricing structures and analyze sales metrics.
• Product launch & campaign execution: plan and execute rollouts with marketing teams to drive momentum.
• Events & promotional support: assist with pop-ups, trade expos and campaigns to elevate brand presence.
• Quality & local compliance: ensure product quality and compliance with Singapore market requirements.
• Sales support & collateral procurement: support sales with client decks and promotional merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier & Sourcing Management: Research, engage, and manage external suppliers; negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and production lead times.
• Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Track industry trends, monitor competitor movement, and identify growth opportunities to guide product selection and development.
• Creative & Presentation Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to oversee product packaging, visual merchandising, and promotional display aesthetics.
• Pricing & Performance Tracking: Formulate competitive pricing structures and evaluate sales metrics and customer input to optimize product performance.
• Product Launch & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute product rollouts in coordination with marketing teams to drive launch momentum.
• Events & Promotional Support: Assist in organizing pop-ups, trade expos, and promotional campaigns to elevate brand presence.
• Quality & Local Compliance: Oversee product quality standards to ensure compliance with local Singapore market requirements.
• Sales Support & Collateral Procurement: Support the sales unit with client deck materials and procure promotional merchandise aligned with audience preferences.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in product coordination, brand operations, marketing, or a related role.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Communications, Design, or equivalent.
• Design & Aesthetic Sense: A strong eye for visual styling, display composition, and packaging presentation.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken Mandarin to communicate effectively with overseas manufacturing partners and suppliers in China.
• Trend Savvy: Active user of major social platforms (particularly RED / Little Red Book / 小红书 ) with a keen pulse on current lifestyle, aesthetic, and consumer trends
