Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore is seeking a driven professional to support product development from concept to launch, including research, sourcing, sampling and costing. • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, buying, sourcing or a related retail/e-commerce role.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing product development timelines.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good team player, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

Support and manage the development of Company's products from concept to launch, including product research, supplier sourcing, sampling, costing, specifications, quality checks and production timelines

Analyse sales, margins, sell-through and inventory performance to help determine the right product assortment, quantities, reorders, markdowns and discontinuations across retail and e-commerce

Consignment & Brand Curation:

Source, evaluate and manage consignment brands and products that complement Company’s assortment. Ensure each product is commercially viable, relevant to our customers and aligned with the Company brand

Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and ensure product quality, costs and delivery timelines meet expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Operations, Retail, E-Commerce, Creative and Customer Service teams to ensure products are launched successfully, stocked appropriately and continuously improved based on customer feedback and business performance.

Job Requirements:
