Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Product Manager for SEED to own the product roadmap and run a live platform that serves thousands of engineering endpoints. You will balance security with engineering velocity and drive onboarding, policy enforcement, and compliance across agencies.

You will collaborate with adjacent product teams, define metrics, and help SEED evolve with AI-assisted workflows and secure, seamless experiences for engineers and government agencies.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in product management, with strong product thinking and ownership.
• Experience shipping impactful products in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to run structured product thinking in ambiguous spaces and execute on strategy.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including senior leadership presentations.
• Prior experience with security products, zero-trust, or enterprise platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEED product roadmap and drive improvements for a live platform serving thousands of endpoints.
• Reduce time from device assignment to compliant and productive use on SEED.
• Drive integration with adjacent products and clarify boundaries for a coherent experience.
• Surface friction points and invest in automation and self-service remediation.
• Support evolving engineering workflows including AI-assisted development and agentic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and agency stakeholders to align with government security posture.
