Job summary

EPOS is seeking a Product Manager to drive development and continuous improvement of hardware-enabled technology products that combine physical devices, software capabilities and operational workflows.

You will work with business, operations and technology teams to translate user and operational needs into scalable product solutions across the lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing, implementation and optimisation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Product Management or related product experience.
• Experience with hardware-enabled technology products, smart devices or integrated hardware/software solutions.
• Strong understanding of how hardware products interact with software applications and backends.
• Experience managing requirements, product testing, implementation and ongoing enhancements.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product enhancements across hardware-enabled products and supporting digital platforms.
• Gather business and user requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and solutions.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Sales and other stakeholders through the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate hardware and software integration requirements and ensure alignment across components.
• Drive product testing, UAT, pilot implementation and production rollouts.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational workflows and product efficiency.
• Manage product issues and feedback, prioritising enhancements with stakeholders.
• Monitor product adoption, usage and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain product requirements, documentation and relevant operational materials.
• Support product implementation and alignment across different markets.
