Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience with hardware-enabled technology products, smart devices, or integrated hardware/software solutions.
• Good understanding of how hardware products interact with software applications and backends.
• Experience managing requirements, product testing, implementation and ongoing enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive enhancements across hardware-enabled products and digital platforms.
• Gather business and user requirements and translate into clear product requirements and solutions.
• Work with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Sales and other stakeholders through the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate hardware and software integration requirements and ensure alignment across components.
• Drive product testing, UAT, pilot implementation and production rollouts.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational workflows.
• Manage product issues and feedback, prioritising enhancements with stakeholders.
• Monitor product adoption, usage and performance for improvement opportunities.
• Maintain product requirements, documentation and relevant operational materials.
• Support product implementation and alignment across markets.
