PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Product/Business Development professional to source emerging technologies, conduct market research and lead vendor partnerships. You will evaluate product viability, build partner pipelines and coordinate pilots with engineering and delivery teams.

The role requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, plus experience in commercializing technology solutions and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and identify emerging hardware, software and technology solutions from relevant markets
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and technology assessments to identify commercially viable products
• Evaluate product maturity, scalability, technical capabilities, pricing and strategic fit
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential technology vendors, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Establish and manage relationships with technology companies, manufacturers, software providers and ecosystem partners
• Lead discussions on partnership models, distribution rights, exclusivity, pricing and go-to-market opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into product sourcing and evaluation criteria
• Coordinate product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilots and technical evaluations
• Work closely with engineering, solution and delivery teams to support product integration and localization
• Support commercial negotiations covering pricing, licensing, margins, service agreements and support arrangements
• Prepare business cases, product evaluation reports and recommendations for management review.
• Support product launch, go-to-market and commercialization strategies
• Monitor product performance, partner effectiveness, market trends and commercial results
• Identify new business and partnership opportunities that support the company's growth objectives
• Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure effective communication between customers, suppliers, partners and internal teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in product management, technology sourcing, business development, procurement, vendor management or technology partnerships
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the technology ecosystem , including hardware manufacturers, technology companies and software solution providers
• Proven experience in sourcing, evaluating and managing technology products or solutions
• Experience engaging and negotiating with suppliers, vendors and business partners
• Good understanding of commercial negotiations, including pricing, licensing, margins, contracts and service agreements
• Experience in product evaluation, Proof of Concept (POC), solution integration or product commercialization.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate both technical and commercial opportunities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with customers, suppliers, engineering teams and senior management
