Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to understand business pain points and deep dive into scenarios.
• Effective communication to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Able to manage timelines and priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Prior internship or work in product management, operations, or process optimisation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills. Able to define and solve problems with structured, fact or data-driven approaches
• Ability to dive deep into business scenarios and understand real pain points faced by business and users
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines and priorities effectively
• Prior internship or full-time working experience in either product management, operations, or process optimisation will be advantageous
