Job summary

IMDA’s Innovation Division is seeking a Product Manager for the Open Innovation Platform (OIP) in Singapore. You will own the product roadmap, translate user needs into features, and collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, and external partners to deliver iterative releases.

You will drive product discovery with stakeholders, manage the lifecycle, and work with marketing on go-to-market plans to boost adoption and impact across Singapore’s digital economy.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in digital product development and product management in agile environments.
• Experience with AI features and government procurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the continued product roadmap of OIP, outlining jobs to be done and collaborating with UI/UX teams to define vision and features.
• Conduct product discovery with stakeholders to understand needs and finalize requirements.
• Translate concepts into working solutions with development, UI/UX, and operations teams in iterative sprints.
• Act as SME for the OIP product, monitor business objectives and manage day-to-day operations.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market strategy with marketing for adoption and impact.
• Monitor KPIs on usage and performance to guide ongoing enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and contractual aspects to ensure SLA compliance.
