Job summary

Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) is seeking a Product Manager for the Open Innovation Platform (OIP) in Singapore. You will own the product roadmap, work with UI/UX teams, and drive discovery, development, and launches to connect enterprises with innovative solutions.

You will collaborate across IT, marketing, and operations, with a focus on agile delivery, vendor coordination, and performance metrics, reporting to the Digital Lead (Innovation).

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in digital product development and product management in a fast paced, agile environment.
• Proven track record in delivering high-impact, complex digital projects while managing risks, costs and balancing business needs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience in integrating AI features into digital products to improve product efficiency and experience would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and/or involvement in government tender documentation or preparation preferred.
• Familiarity with ICT&SS (IM8) and GCC requirements would be an advantage.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and experience with Jira/Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the continued product roadmap of the OIP as a product in terms of features and enhancements.
• Research and design the product with UI/UX consultants; define a vision and participate in strategy, roadmap and feature definition.
• Conduct product discovery with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and finalize requirements.
• Translate product concepts into working solutions with development/UI/UX/operations teams in an iterative, agile manner.
• Act as SME for the OIP product and manage day-to-day operations; collaborate with marketing to drive adoption and generate leads.
• Identify milestones for feature go-to-market launches and strategize campaigns with marketing.
