Job summary

Info-communications Media Development Authority is seeking a Product Manager for the IMDA Open Innovation Platform (OIP) in Singapore. You will own the product roadmap, research user needs, and collaborate with UI/UX, development, and operations to deliver iterative improvements.

You will work with government partners and vendors, defining jobs-to-be-done, coordinating go-to-market activities and tracking KPIs to ensure platform adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in digital product development and product management.
• Background in Computer Science/ Information Technology / Engineering or relevant/related disciplines.
• Proven track record in delivering high-impact, complex digital projects while managing risks, costs and balancing business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholders’ management.
• Experience integrating AI features into digital products to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and government tender documentation.
• Familiarity with ICT&SS (IM8) and GCC requirements.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and experience with JIRA, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the OIP product roadmap and define jobs-to-be-done.
• Conduct product discovery with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, UI/UX, and operations in iterative sprints.
• Manage day-to-day operations and marketing adoption for OIP.
• Plan go-to-market milestones and coordinate with marketing.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements based on usage data.
• Liaise with IT and external vendors to meet roadmap deliverables.
• Oversee contract and vendor management and compliance.
