Job summary

ST Engineering’s Mission Software & Services team seeks a seasoned Product Leader to own end-to-end delivery for client projects, coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability. This consultancy role emphasizes delivering outcomes, not only outputs, with rigorous validation and data-driven improvements.

You will lead discovery, define roadmaps, and guide teams through strategy, user research, and backlog refinement, while shaping go-to-market and analytics frameworks for client

Qualifications

• 5+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end.
• Experience leading discovery and killing projects when evidence demands it.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) to validate or kill hypotheses before build.
• Define product strategy, story mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria; facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time); manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively.
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation.
• Analyse post-launch data and drive iterative improvements; facilitate retrospectives.
• Coach client Product Managers through daily pairing; identify gaps and tailor enablement.
• Create psychologically safe environments for learning and collaboration.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment; navigate complex organizational dynamics.
