K2 PARTNERING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, development and launch of digital products.

You will champion the product roadmap and backlog, acting as the bridge between user insights, technical feasibility and business objectives. Partnering with design, research and engineering teams, you will turn user research into detailed requirements, prioritise features and define KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience bringing digital solutions to market.
• Experience scoping requirements, backlog refinement, and long-term roadmap creation.
• Strong analytical mindset using product analytics to guide decisions.
• Experience turning qualitative and quantitative user research into specs.
• Familiarity with building complex administrative systems (dashboards, case management, scheduling platforms, or records databases).
• Fluent in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and collaborating with technical teams in rapid sprint cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical decisions.
• Previous experience in public sector, civic tech, or regulated environments is a plus.

Role Overview

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience with a proven track record of bringing digital solutions to market.

• Demonstrated expertise in scoping requirements, backlog refinement, and long-term roadmap creation.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging product analytics to guide decision-making and measure outcomes.

• Direct experience organising, facilitating, and synthesising qualitative and quantitative user research into actionable specs.

• Familiarity with building complex administrative systems (such as dashboards, case management tools, scheduling platforms, or records databases) is strongly preferred.

• Fluent in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and skilled at partnering closely with technical teams in rapid sprint cycles.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical decisions to non-technical partners.

• Previous experience working within public sector, civic tech, or heavily regulated environments is a plus.
