Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors seeks a Product leader to own end-to-end product delivery, shaping what is built and how it is used. You will drive go-to-market activities, backlogs, and stakeholder alignment to accelerate adoption and value.

You will influence product direction, manage cross-functional teams, and own outcomes with a focus on growth, profitability, and scalable solutions for defence, government, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business development, product management, IT business analysis or solution design.
• Experience with Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and product-centric development.
• Certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP or CSM are advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX and usability.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, product strategy, story mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Work with relevant partners to execute the plan.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive user adoption and growth through increased engagement, expanding features and higher usage.
• Participate in public-speaking engagements to raise awareness of the product and gain more users.
• Develop understanding of product P&L and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
