Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own digital products end-to-end from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Translate user and business problems into product objectives and outcomes.
• Define vision, roadmaps, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage product backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations and vendors.
• Monitor performance and post-launch improvements.

Job description

We are looking for an outcome-oriented Product Manager to own digital product capabilities end-to-end — from identifying user and business problems, defining desired outcomes, and driving discovery through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong product ownership and decision-making capabilities. While you will manage delivery aspects such as scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and vendors, your primary responsibility is to own product priorities, decisions, and outcomes

• Salary Package: Up to $9800 (basic) + AWS
• Job Type: Contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Own digital products, capabilities, and product epics throughout theend-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Understand user and business problems and translate them into clearproduct objectives, priorities, and desired outcomes.
• Define product vision, priorities, roadmaps, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritise theproduct backlogbased on user needs, business value, technical considerations, and delivery constraints.
• Conduct or support product discovery throughuser research, data analysis, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and other teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Manage product delivery, includingscope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and operational readiness.
• Make product trade-offs and prioritisation decisions while balancing user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery considerations.
• Engage and align stakeholders on product direction, priorities, decisions, and expected outcomes.
• Manage external vendors and delivery partners while retaining ownership and accountability for product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and success metrics after launch and identify opportunities for further enhancement.
• Ensure products comply with relevantsecurity, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least3 years of relevant Product Management or digital product delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning digital products or capabilities acrossdiscovery, prioritisation, backlog management, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Strong understanding ofproduct management principles and Agile product development.
• Ability to identify user/business problems and translate them into measurable product outcomes.
• Experience usinguser research, data, analytics, experimentation, or user feedbackto support product decisions.
• Strong delivery discipline with experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working effectively withEngineering, Design, Business, Operations, and external vendors.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed product trade-offs.

Good to Have

• Experience withconsumer-facing or mobile digital products.
• Experience withlarge-scale digital platforms or digital services.
• Exposure tohealth, wellness, or preventive healthcare products.
• Experience delivering products ingovernment, public sector, or highly regulated environments.
• Good technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Familiarity withsecurity, privacy, governance, and compliance requirements.
