Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a motivated Product Management trainee to help identify and develop enhancements that improve the buyer experience, especially in order processing and purchase interactions.

You will collaborate with engineering, design and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions, analyze user behavior and product metrics, and support end-to-end delivery from planning to post-launch review.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate stakeholders.
• Experience in product management, data analytics, or data-driven roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; graduation by Jul 2027 and join by Aug 2027.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop product enhancements to improve the buyer experience, especially across order processing and purchase interactions.
• Understand business requirements and user challenges to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and business stakeholders to define product requirements and translate needs into solutions.
• Analyse user behavior, product performance and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Work with teams to gather feedback, assess outcomes and refine features based on data and insights.
• Manage product initiatives from requirements gathering through development, implementation and post-launch evaluation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish priorities, manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed effectively.
