You will drive strategy, development and operations in a high-performing, user-centric product team, ensuring reliability of existing platforms and fresh, impactful features.

The role spans the full lifecycle from strategy to continuous improvement, with emphasis on business impact and service excellence.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of product management, IT business, analysis, or solution design.
Experience working with engineers, designers, and product managers.
Experience managing both product development and operational maintenance.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and establish strategies, with clear stakeholder buy-in.
Drive product development, budgets, plans and ensure service availability.
Leverage user research and analytics to inform decisions and improve experiences.
Ensure quality, governance, and lifecycle practices across products.
Collaborate with marketing, legal and finance for successful outcomes.
Oversee maintenance, incident response and uptime for live services.
