Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of digital services for a statutory authority. This full-lifecycle role spans product strategy, development, operations, and continuous improvement—ideal for building new products and maintaining high-availability platforms.

You will be embedded in a high-performing, cross-functional team driving digital transformation in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, IT business analysis, or application solution design, with at least 3 years working directly with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Demonstrated experience managing both product development and live operational maintenance, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with modern product development practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and product-centric methodologies (is a bonus).
• Experience in service operations, incident management, or maintaining live digital services in a regulated or government environment (is a bonus).
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CITPM, COMIT, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master) (is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision with product owners and business partners.
• Design, test, and iterate user journeys for new digital products while maintaining operational excellence for live platforms.
• Manage product budgets, develop workplans, and procure necessary resources including software, hardware, and professional services.
• Leverage user research, analytics, and operational data to drive insight-led product decisions and translate findings into measurable improvements.
• Ensure products meet quality, performance, and compliance standards throughout the full product lifecycle, coordinating with technical and governance teams to mitigate risks.
• Translate product strategy into actionable technical plans and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, and finance.
• Drive user adoption for new features while ensuring reliable service delivery for existing users, including oversight of maintenance schedules and incident response.
• Run structured stakeholder engagements, track deliverables for both new developments and operational tasks, and manage SLAs and governance requirements
