Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to build and scale a platform for diverse labeling requirements, translating complex needs into a streamlined onboarding and execution experience with automation and AI capabilities.

You will drive the end-to-end product for scalable data labeling and monetization, collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and program management to deliver measurable impact at reduced cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field, ideally CS.
• 3 years backend engineering with 1–2 years PM experience.
• Experience driving product development life cycle from vision to launch.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms to drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap
• Conduct market research and translate findings into product design
• Define and prioritize features; create PRDs with wireframes and diagrams; present with developers
• Conduct user acceptance tests
• Monitor product performance and iterate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches and ongoing development
