Job summary

Cognizant Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to lead an Agile-based product, drive end-to-end delivery, and enable high-performing teams. You will facilitate planning at both strategic and granular levels, ensuring timely releases and continuous improvement.

You will work with Product Owner, Tech Lead, BAs, UX designers and engineers, coordinating across stakeholders to align business and technical goals while maintaining robust documentation and processes.

• Self-driven and motivated to learn about project topics.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end agile software development (Scrum and Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Manage a product built on Agile fundamentals and deliver it end-to-end.
• Plan at a high level and also handle details to unblock the team.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, Technical Lead, BAs, UX Designers and Engineers across releases.
• Bridge communication between business and technical teams and create documentation when needed.

As a Product Manager, you will manage a Product built on Agile fundamentals and work towards adopting tech best practices and cutting edge tools. You’ll be adept at delivering the product, breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the details to make things happen when needed. You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 to 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. What you must have to be considered

• Self-driven and motivated to learn and follow topics related to the projects
• Solid understanding of end-to-end agile software development process (Scrum and Kanban). These will help you succeed

• Experience in supporting the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Work with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, User Experience Designers, Engineers in planning the activities required and timeline for each release.
• Bridge communication between multiple teams (business and technical). This includes creating documentation or presentations when necessary.
