Job summary

SPD Scientific Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and oversee the marketing and product development of the product portfolio. The role requires strong strategic thinking, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration within the organization in Singapore.

The candidate will drive revenue growth, monitor performance against KPIs, and report to senior management on progress, risks, and opportunities,

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets while taking into account market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance using relevant sales metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed
• Prepare and manage the sales budget, set sales targets, and forecast revenue and growth in line with organizational goals
• Stay current on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, utilizing this information to inform sales strategies and tactics
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth
• Accountable for the marketing and product development of Product Portfolio
• Any other duties assigned by Senior Management team
