Job summary

SeaTalk is seeking a Product Manager Intern to support the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration, exploring how AI can enhance SeaTalk. You will collaborate with engineering, design and AI teams to build core features and participate in AI initiatives.

You will respond to user queries, troubleshoot issues, and help translate findings into user stories and priorities under mentorship from a PM. This internship offers hands-on exposure to AI-enabled product projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or related fields (or equivalent project experience).
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Effective troubleshooting skills and problem solving abilities.
• Effective communication to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in AI and familiarity with LLM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to user queries, providing clear and comprehensive guidance.
• Perform initial troubleshooting, conducting research to identify potential root causes of reported issues.
• Ensure timely resolution or escalation of problems through close collaboration with Engineering, PMs and others.
• Identify patterns and trends to improve product stability and quality, and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with mentor PM to design solutions addressing business needs with balanced speed and sustainability.
• Work with AI teams to explore how LLMs and AI capabilities can improve user experience and productivity.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality product solutions.
