Job summary

Sea is seeking a Product Manager to lead the AI transformation of finance workflows, identifying automation opportunities across accounts payable, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting, and partnering with global finance teams to redesign processes with AI at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in Product Management (including internships).
• Exposure to AI, automation, fintech, or finance operations is a plus.
• Strong curiosity about AI and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI transformation roadmap for finance workflows across AP, invoicing, reconciliation and reporting.
• Own the product lifecycle for AI-powered finance platforms from scoping to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with AI engineering teams to design and improve AI agents and models for finance use cases.
• Define success metrics for automation and AI-driven improvements and drive data-driven iterations.
