Singtel is seeking an AI Product Manager & Builder Intern to turn ambiguous AI opportunities into practical, business-ready AI products. You’ll support the innovation AI initiative by blending product thinking with hands-on prototyping, business framing, and clear communication across stakeholders.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering and business, translating what is technically possible into value and a compelling product direction for enterprise use.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, Design or related fields.
• Experience building AI prototypes, demos, automation workflows, product concepts, or AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Support product management for the AI initiative, including roadmap development, feature prioritisation, and end-to-end delivery coordination.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and prototype priorities.
• Drive rapid prototyping using modern AI tools, LLMs, and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Assess user value, adoption barriers, and business impact to shape AI product direction.
• Collaborate with engineers, solution teams, and stakeholders to refine prototypes for scalable AI solutions.
• Prepare product briefs, stakeholder decks, and strategic materials communicating AI value.
