Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate, Master's, or PhD degree in HCI, AI, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong interaction and UI skills; proficient in Figma and familiar with iOS/Android design guidelines.
• Frequent user of AI products with a clear understanding of AI capabilities and interaction paradigms.

Responsibilities

• Design TikTok’s AI products and tools from concept to launch.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build a trustworthy, user‑centric AI experience.
• Understand business goals and user needs; drive C‑side design from logic mapping to final implementation.
• Stay current with AI interaction trends and help define design standards for AI products.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) in daily workflows to boost efficiency and quality.
