You will collaborate with in-house Product Managers and Product Owners to translate business needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, while supporting backlog management and sprint planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or is pursuing in business management, CS/engineering or related field.
• Proven understanding of the software development lifecycle and product management concepts.
• Strong written and spoken English communications skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and structure new features, processes and capabilities for our digital platform and partners.
• Assist in developing client roadmaps, governance, and business cases.
• Analyse customer and partner journeys; document epics, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and showcases.
• Collaborate with development team on backlog grooming and technical design meetings.
• Plan UAT with client stakeholders and manage project aspects.
• Conduct trend scouting around technology, insurance protection and competitors.
