Job summary

Singtel Group in Singapore is seeking a motivated analytics student to join our data team. You will analyse customer, product and business data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop dashboards to track performance.

You will translate business questions into data requirements, present insights to product managers, and collaborate with IT on data delivery. This role offers hands-on experience in AI-enabled products and a chance to shape digital platforms at scale.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Databricks is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer, product and business data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to track product and business performance.
• Translate business questions into data and reporting requirements.
• Present insights and recommendations to support data-driven product decisions.
• Support Product Managers in gathering and documenting product requirements.
• Work with IT and other stakeholders on data requirements, product development and delivery.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including product enhancements, go-to-market initiatives and post-launch performance analysis.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
• Develop simple scripts or analytical workflows to improve data extraction and analysis where required.
