Job summary

Singtel is seeking a data analytics professional to transform Outside Plant data into actionable insights. You will develop Power BI dashboards, set KPIs, and perform trend analyses to support engineering and operations.

This role focuses on data quality, automation, and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency across networks. You'll work with cross‑functional teams, validate data against NRI and GIS sources, and apply emerging AI technologies to optimize network inventory and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Engineering/AI required.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn new AI tools.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from Outside Plant networks to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for engineering and operations.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for utilization, SLA, productivity and data quality.
• Perform trend, variance, aging and root cause analyses to support decisions.
• Validate inventory data; reconcile NRI, GIS and DFF sources with engineering teams.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual effort.
