Qualifications

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or comparable disciplines.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program schedules to support product development.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, issues, and risks to keep projects on track.
• Oversee budget planning and management for product development.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and decision‑making across teams.
