Qualifications

• 20+ years in semiconductor product development and people leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex NPI programs or product launches.
• Excellent executive communication with CVP/SVP-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own program and business accountability for one or more server product lines.
• Lead and scale a multi-functional Product Engineering organization across sites.
• Develop bench strength with succession planning and line-management of managers.
