Job summary

Amplify Health in Singapore seeks a Head of Product Engineering to lead the engineering strategy and end-to-end product delivery across SaaS, PaaS and DaaS platforms. You will be a hands-on technology leader delivering scalable, secure architectures and high-quality software.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will build and scale distributed teams, implement CI/CD and secure coding practices, and partner with Product, Data & Analytics, and Business leaders to shape the technology

Qualifications

• Extensive senior software engineering leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex SaaS platforms in healthtech/insurtech.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering strategy and product delivery across platforms.
• Build and scale distributed, high-performing engineering teams.
• Drive engineering KPI tracking, quality, and platform reliability.
• Partner with Product, Data and Business divisions to align roadmaps.
