Job Title

Technical Lead / Engineering Manager – Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own development of the product build, leveraging technical expertise in the programming language relevant to the project.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and strategic choices, estimating effort and guiding the product owner.
• Attend team stand‑ups, sprint planning, retros, and actively participate.
• Plan sprint sessions, ensuring the engineering team has clear work.
• Lead solution designs for the product, including complex technical edge‑cases.
• Collaborate and coordinate with technical experts and cross‑functional teams across the organization.
• Review pull requests, guide and mentor engineers on the team.

Experience and Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience and at least three years performing technical lead duties.
• Proficient in at least one of NodeJS, ReactJS, Java or Python programming languages.
• Proficient in Azure cloud, DevSecOps & Terraform.
• Proficient in at least one testing framework.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
