• Sound judgment translating customer insights to investment decisions.
• Experience leading multiple teams including hiring and development.
• Proven ability to scale teams and platforms while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Good communication and ability to influence executive decisions.
• Experience operating in fast-moving multi-market environments.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
