Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers, HQ/factory teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage projects and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and strong process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Create and update BOM structures to support production and ECOs.
• Manage and maintain SFC and SAP data accuracy.
• Support rack packaging design and improvements for assembly efficiency.
• Coordinate BOM and material changes across cross-functional teams.
• Provide engineering support during mass production for stability and quality.
• Lead Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Assist with NPI activities at the factory level including qualifications.
• Support internal and external ISO audits for compliance and readiness.
