Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd in Tampines, Singapore, is hiring an engineer to create and modify bill-of-materials structures, and maintain product data in shop-floor and SAP systems.

The role covers rack-packaging support, leading material changes with local and overseas teams, supporting mass-production, NPI, Kaizen, and ISO audits; 5 days a week, 8:30am–5:30pm, up to SGD 5,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• Strong in BOM, EOC, SAP, SFC management and experience in handling the whole process of NPI.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant working experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, headquarters, factories, peers, subordinates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify bill-of-materials structures.
• Maintain product and process data in the shop-floor control system and SAP.
• Support rack-packaging design and implementation.
• Lead bill-of-materials and material changes, coordinating smooth transition and implementation with local and overseas cross-functional teams.
• Support mass-production activities and resolve product-related issues.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen and other continuous-improvement activities.
• Support factory qualification for new product introduction.
• Participate in internal and external ISO audits
