You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, develop processes, and ensure readiness for new and existing products. The role requires hands-on floor support, documentation, and risk-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (or related).
• Fresh graduates welcomed with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Power Apps and Power BI; CAD tools for tooling/fixture development.
• Familiarity with programming languages including Python, VBA, LabVIEW and C++ for test scripts/automation.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across time zones and regions.
• Willingness to work in a Class 100 ISO 5 Cleanroom Environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing, quality, and technical challenges.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, methods, and test solutions for new and existing products.
• Support production activities by ensuring materials, equipment, processes, and technical requirements are in place for smooth operations.
• Lead and support NPI, product transfer, and production ramp-up activities.
• Coordinate timely preparation and release of manufacturing documentation and reports for production readiness.
• Provide hands-on technical support on the production floor for assembly, testing, and process issues.
• Develop and implement work instructions and manufacturing documentation for consistent execution.
• Review processes to identify risks and opportunities; implement corrective actions.
• Apply PFMEA and structured problem-solving to improve quality and reliability.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, specs, and technical documents.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and capability.
