Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT solution delivery for government and enterprise clients in Singapore. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, QA, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in application development / implementation project
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CITPM or CSM / PSM / Agile certifications
• ITIL or service management certification

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver software and IT solution projects across the full lifecycle (initiation to closure).
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Ensure delivery adheres to agreed scope, timeline, cost, and quality standards.
• Manage delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on project needs.
• Oversee solution delivery across multiple vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, risk updates, and milestone reviews.
• Manage expectations and resolve delivery issues in a professional and timely manner.
