Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic is seeking a senior product leader to steer the management of Learning & Skills capabilities across Institutes of Higher Learning. The role focuses on transitioning from project-based work to a scalable product-centric approach delivering continuous value and sector outcomes.

You will define strategy, own the portfolio, lead feature prioritisation and drive alignment with senior stakeholders to enable enterprise-wide transformation and measurable success metrics.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise systems or programme leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale digital products or transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Own the product portfolio across Institutes of Higher Learning.

What the role is:

The successful candidate will lead the product management of strategic Learning & Skills capabilities across the Institutes of Higher Learning, transitioning from a project-based model to a product-centric approach focused on continuous value delivery, scalability and sector outcomes.

What you will be working on:

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Act as the single accountable owner of the product portfolio across Institutes of Higher Learning.
• Lead prioritisation of product features and enhancements based on business value, user impact and operational considerations.
• Ensure delivery of product capabilities is aligned with product strategy and sector priorities.
• Engage senior management and stakeholders to shape product direction and drive sector-wide alignment.
• Define and track product success metrics.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment between product strategy and system design.
• Own the full product lifecycle.
• Oversee transition from legacy systems to future-state capabilities.

What we are looking for:

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise systems, programme leadership or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital products, platforms or transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education technology or related domains will be an advantage.
