Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Manager, Knowledge Management to establish and operate the Product Development knowledge management capability, governing knowledge assets and information architecture while enabling organisational learning across cross-functional teams.

You will drive adoption of knowledge platforms, support governance and champion knowledge reuse to improve delivery effectiveness and reduce duplication across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Knowledge Management, Organisational Learning or related disciplines.
• Experience implementing knowledge management strategies, operating models and information architectures.
• Experience administering and improving enterprise knowledge, collaboration or process-management platforms.
• Experience developing taxonomies, metadata structures and knowledge repositories.
• Experience supporting organisational learning or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication capability.
• Experience with SharePoint, SAP Signavio or similar enterprise content-management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate Dyson's Product Development knowledge management capability.
• Manage knowledge repositories, services and supporting processes.
• Coordinate knowledge asset ownership, review cycles and content governance activities.
• Ensure knowledge remains current, accessible, trusted and governed.
• Support improvement of the knowledge management operating model.
• Own implementation and ongoing improvement of knowledge platforms.
