Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Manager, Product Frameworks to lead the Operation, deployment and continuous improvement of Dyson's Product Creation Framework (PCF) and Product In-Life Framework (PIF). You will coordinate adoption, governance and lifecycle documentation across Product Development.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Product Leadership to ensure consistent framework execution, readiness and capability development across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Development, programme management, PMO, governance or business process disciplines.
• Experience supporting framework adoption, governance programmes or lifecycle management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional programmes and communicate framework requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation and administration of PCF and PIF across Product Development.
• Support framework standards, governance requirements and lifecycle documentation.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement for framework adoption.
• Ensure framework content remains current and traceable to milestones.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate change requests for improvements.
